Normal very casual, was entry level job. They wanted to know my background and goals. I interviewed with 2-3 different people and they were all very relaxed. I felt very good with the interview.
Other Business Analyst Interview Reviews for Ross Stores
The difficulty level of the interview was ok. Earlier, the recruiter said there would be 2 rounds onsite. For the first round, the interviewer came 15 mins late, then for the next round with director. Hiring manager said director is busy can not take the interview, and I have to come back for the next round on-site. Given that the Bay Area office is 45 mins away from my place. Then, the recruiter went on vacation, ghosting everyone, scheduling no meetings or communication for at least 10 days. Later on, the recruiter called me and said they had hired someone internally. Unfair ways to conduct interviews.
During the interview, I confidently showcased my expertise in data analytics, effectively communicating my ability to drive business strategy through actionable insights. Excited to contribute to the team's success. for the win
