Interview
In order to schedule an interview, I had to call the store and ask about the status of my application. They told me then that we could schedule an interview a few days later. The manager was very sweet but also direct. She asked me a few questions on my favorite shows or what I did in my free time. Then she asked about my availability and when I was free to start.
The interview process was surprisingly easy. The questions were straightforward, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment. It felt more like a conversation than an assessment, which made the whole experience stress-free and smooth.
It was fine, they were pretty nice relatively speaking. Interview was about forty five minutes long. Asked easy enough questions, relatively speaking. Overall eight out of ten. You know , relatively speaking.
I was called in for an interview. Pretty much all the basic questions. Tell me about yourself. What’s your experience. What’s your availability. I was offered a job on the spot. Really nice manager.
