First, phone screen. Second, an in-person interview that was conversational. Some red flags "everyone is family here", very defensive about WFH, and sounds like the role is a backfill for someone who left on bad terms. No contact after the in-person interview for several weeks, eventually received a robo-email that wasn't selected, but I feel I dodged a bullet.
