It was a simple one on one interview with an HR representative. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. During the interview I was able to take a small tour of the building and see the call center floor. The process started with a simple typing test online after which I was able to sit with a representative and "side-jack" (listen to the representatives calls) for 30 minutes. After side-jacking, I interviewed with a the HR person in a small room.
