Was referred by employee, two phone interviews, in-person interview with hiring manager then flown to Miami from Seattle for 30-minute final interview with 4 panel members, including VP of Sales and CS. After all that, hiring manager when completely dark despite telling me he’d be in touch that next week. Over 2 weeks later, was emailed that they went with a candidate who came into the picture late who had “enormous experience”. Was very disappointed in the lack of communication/follow-up.
