Interview
The process was easy. The interview was on teams so the set up was easy. The interviewer only asked a few questions. I felt very comfortable with the questions. It did seem like you have to have sports experience for this role.
Smooth, positive and respectful interviewer, with pointing out when to contact in case of delays and how long will waiting process take. Responding with care and support. Not much to say, still in the process of hiring, hopefully everything will be better than expected.
