Well, I am not sure if a company has a good base in Chicago or not. I dealt with the hiring team in Chicago for a position. A GLobal HR got in Touch for hiring and he wanted to discuss abt the opportunity on Whatsapp. Seriously!! He called me on Whats app to make me understand abt the position which was fine until he asked me for my pictures partying with my friends and the reason he asked for photos was he wanted to see how I carry myself and whether I am bold and extrovert to take resources out. I sent a few photos and he asked me for more which was kind of weird. U can easily judge a person from 4 photos rather than 15 photos and why wud an HR ask for photos at first place, a simple professional Skype call could have made it clear for an experienced HR. Then another question was that do you go pubbing and all. I thought I was being considered for an HR position but I think they were looking for someone who can entertain their resources by taking them to bars and getting them drunk to work at their company.
