I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Cyber Inc. in May 2020
Interview
They reached out to me for a role that I didn't apply for which was good. After about 3 really fast meetings I was quite interested in the role. But, the 4th interview was canceled at the last minute (Literally about 1 min notice) and postponed to the following week. After that 4th conversation, I never heard from anyone despite a few followups. I felt the ghosting and the last-minute cancellation was a little unprofessional. I was disappointed in the lack of responses after trying to followup. With such a tight market, it's not good to treat people like that. I also suggest they need to diversify.
I suggest structuring the timeline better and ensure everyone that commits to time does not have a more urgent meeting to attend to. We all have valuable time.
