HR called me and scheduled my interview as per my availability. The interview call was online with a single interviewer. Hr was straight forward on my salary expectation. interview question only regarding to sales or BDM prospective rather than project management

1. Whether I'm involved in the Business process?
2. I'm involved with suggestions to a client?
3. Whether I'm helping to discover the opportunity to bring business etc?
4. As non technical person How I'm judging the developers ETA?

Interview
The interview process took 4 to 5 weeks to come to a final decision. There are 4 levels of interview in a pyramid style within the organization. It is a video interview and the negative experience was it will be only you(person getting interviewed) who will be sharing the video and the interviewer will only enable his audio with no video. You will be just starring at the screen or camera to provide your answers to their interview questions. Also they will record the interview session without having your prior consent which was not professional. Once you go through the entire process and gets selected for the role, the HR was not professional as well as they confirmed they will role out the offer by email and later after a week mentioned that the role/position is put on hold. My experience going through this process is negative.
