Had a Technical round followed by Management round (from US) and finally HR round (again US). Whole process was very haphazard with HR person contacting me all the time on LinkedIn and no updates or mail after each round. But then he appeared in evening every time to tell me my next round is next morning (mind it time zone difference between US & Australia) with no prior heads-up. Final round of HR was more in terms of Salary expectations. I told them the number I had in my mind which they felt was on higher side but nevertheless they would come back with their best offer and an update which never happened. I had another offer in parallel and I waited for few days for some kind of an update from RoyalCyber which never came. I did drop a mail to HR head whom I had the discussion with to enquire if its a Go or No-Go but no response. Overall not a pleasant experience dealing with them and kind of highlights unprofessional mode of operating.
