The process started off normal enough. Sent my resume, had a phone screen with HR, brought in for a formal interview with 4 people (2 groups of 2). A few weeks later I was brought in for an interview with 4 partners. Then...nothing for a few weeks. Then a phone call with the managing partner. And then it was another month before the offer came. All told, the length of the process took 2 months.
