Interviewed via Skype, was an hour long, thorough but concise. The in-house recruiter was very attentive, and stayed in touch with me before and after the interview. I interviewed with one partner and three managers. It was a great mix of people that asked a variety of tax related questions but also "get to know you as a person" questions, which I appreciated.
