The process included bi-directional interviews with partners, senior partners, HR, and staff members. While lengthy, the process was well communicated, well thought out, and well executed. I felt that I was not only being evaluated, but expected to evaluate in return, with an eye for fit and function. I felt that the HR Team was the most capable I had ever worked with, being approachable, honest, and very professional at every step.
