Two telephone interviews, then a full day of interviews from 11AM to 3PM with several different people back-to-back. Interviewed with the manager of an adjacent department, the direct manager, a "peer" co-worker, the previous person on the job, two younger members of the team, and the HR manager. Most people in the office are dressed business casual attire. One interviewer wore slacks and a dress shirt with no tie, two female interviewers wore slacks and a sweater set, one female interviewer wore a dress, one wore khakis and a zip-up fleece sweater, and the HR manager wore a suit. Lunch was at Panda Express, as the restaurant options are limited in that area. I did not get a job offer and my follow-up calls were not returned. I was notified the results via post mail three weeks after the in-person interview.
