Incredible waste of time. The interviewer didn't call for the initial phone screening, and after 10 minutes he said he was having "internet issues" and needed to reschedule. A phone screening is extremely simple and shouldn't require any extra tools or assistance.. regardless, I offered my availability and he never responded.
