1) Call with a in-house recruiter who grilled me pretty aggressively about the company mission and suggested I come up with a story about why I believed in it. 2) A "fit" call with another person to determine my fit for the company, who was much more mellow. 3) A technical interview with a single engineer who had me implement Conway's Game of Life. I implemented as asked and the interviewer agreed that it was correct, but received a generic rejection letter the next day. The fact that I solved the question and yet was rejected left me without a clue as to why. Path gave no feedback on their rejection. I dislike that there was a single technical interviewer, providing only a single viewpoint on things like coding and problem solving style.
