The interview process was simple. You apply online. If you're lucky enough to have a referral your resume has higher priority. After a couple weeks, you'll receive a call to schedule an interview. The interview was simple. Three person interview panel. They ask you personal and protocol/situational questions. Know your protocols, be respectful, and know yourself. After the interview you should hear from HR within a week or so. Good luck!

Interview process was appropriate and concise. Questions asked were appropriate for the position I was looking for. Interviewer was experienced in the field and made me feel comfortable during the process. Was not a gimme interview. There were a couple of truly serious knowledge based EMS questions that without proper education and training would have sunk me. Over all felt that the interview was a thorough good representation of my knowledge in the field and desire to work for this company as an EMT.
