It is almost as ridiculous as the " training " they have set up! Complete joke!
You get called by a manager ( with luck one that has been there over 2 months ) the turnover rate is ridiculous.
If you advance to the next level, sometimes the DSM will grace you with a phone call. It's hard to ask quality interview questions when your mostly just a bag of hot air yourself.
If you get hired ( which almost all interviews do ) they bleed employees because the leadership is horrible, training is not sufficient & you are 90% of the time working by yourself with little to no support.
So the averege life span of an emploee is 2 months ....because they are burnt out already and still don't even know enough to effectively sell verizon services because of the lack of training.
