Took 2 wks to get hired. 3 interviews. Some personal questions were asked. They made it seem they care about the employee and do have long-term people working for them. But it's very corporate and lot's of things behind the scenes don't work. Very not well trained mangers and I just wanted the job but knew it was not going to work.

I was asked about my fine dining experience and wine knowledge. The asst manager interviewed me. He went and spoke to the gm, came back, and offered me a positive. From applying to hire, about 5 days
