I hand delivered a resume to the manager, who accepted it, but directed me to the online application portal, though I received a call the following day for an interview before I had a chance to apply online. I first had a brief sit down with the GM, then a longer interview with the bar manager. Interviews were mostly fairly standard questions about my experience, background and professional goals mixed with more casual conversational questions geared towards determining wether or not my personality was a good fit.
