It was a fairly lengthy initial interview for a server position. A culture was described to me in length that didn't really exist. The follow-up interview with the GM seemed cursory and like I was wasting his time.

Upfront and honest manager, laid out things to expect from the shift, to knowledge, to process, mentioned the environment and what was to be expected on top of walking through the way to career opportunities if desired. Very easy.
