I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ruth's Chris Steak House (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very straight forward, i asked for 19 dollars an hour after seeing it here on this website, and they gave it to me. I had past experience cooking steaks so it was a simple interview. I first talked to the Chef, and then the General Manager. Next, they told me a day later in the week to come by and do my orientation and that was that. The overall experience was calm and organized, in fact i do believe that Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is the straightest shooting company when it comes to taking care of their employees.
