I met with one of the managers before opening, third ranking in the store. I thought that meant I'd have one or two more interviews, but nope! She hired me on the spot. She asked questions like, "Do you like the food industry, or LOVE it?" And "Are you a follower or a leader?"

It was an open interview process and a lot of people came , when I was interviewed I was interviewed by a polished man in his 40’s but looked 25 , he wasn’t very cut throat with questions and to say the least I have horrible test anxiety so , anyways he asked the basic questions like availability, my experience and the typical what ifs , I wanted to originally work as a server but they told me they wanted to hire me on as a server assistant, I really hope they didn’t trick me into doing something I really don’t get paid enough to do and I will say once training is done and I don’t walk home with at least $100 in cash on a Friday or Saturday I will be unfortunately be leaving and applying to another restaurant as a server .
