I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ruth's Chris Steak House (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Three round interview process. Start with both managers then finishes with the GM of the restaurant. Would recommend to dress up more than business casual. Probably the most important thing is knowing when your sat in your secant as a server. It is not the hostesses job to tell you when you have a table.

Easy questions asked in the interview. Seems like a good company to work for. The interviewer was late but I did not mind. There was quite a few personal questions asked, mostly about family/transportation but again, I did not mind.
