Basic interview process. Easy phone call and interview with HR. Brought in for a round of interviews with management. No diversity whatsoever. If you dont look like them you wont be taken seriously.

At first there is a resume round where they screen resume based on their requirements. After which the HR manager conducts the HR round of interview on the telephone and asks questions about the resume including education and past experience.
