Interview
I interviewed at RxAdvance for a Business Analyst position with a Product Team. After an initial phone screen with a Recruiter (routine questions), I was invited onsite after a week for an in-person interview. Meanwhile, I was also given an exercise to work on and submit it prior to an onsite-interview.
They have a good office, and ambiance. I stayed there for close to 4 hours and interviewed with 4 team members. Most of the questions were around 'How do you design/improve/market X Feature'. They were not difficult, but challenging. I wish I had known that and prepared accordingly. But, overall it was a quick process.
