It's a fairly drawn out process, however, it's all usually done within a month. Step 1 is filling out an online application including your resume, references, and other background information such as previous work experience and compensation. Step 2 was a phone call from one of their employees that is usually a phone interview, but for me it was just someone explaining the rest of the process. Step 3 for me was filling out yet another extended, but different online application with more in depth questions. After that, Step 4 was to complete the PSP, a series of 2 tests regarding personality and logic/thinking. The last step was a phone call and email letting me know when the panel interview was going to happen. The panel interview comprised of 3 different interviews, one right after the other, with 4 different representatives total. The interview went well overall and there were no surprise questions, mostly behavioral. Although I did well in the interviews (at least I think I did decently, but not entirely sure), I received an email thanking me for my time, but that I did not have enough experience (which I wasn't surprised being that I am a recent graduate). They're a great company to work for, but they want the cream of the crop and need people with experience right now, not simply an education.
