Simple and straight forward process.
First interview was a phone interview.
2nd interview was in person, interviewed multiple times by different managers, and one group interview. Most questions were behavioral questions.

How would you deal with a customer that was unhappy with the delay of their home building process ?
a phone screening and 3 interviews, 1 for 30 minute, 1 for an hour, and 1 for 2 hours. overall not too horrible of an interview process. I did not find an issue or struggle with it.
