Interview
I've sent in an application online a few times over the last year or two but never got a call. This time, I lowered my salary expectations by $10K on the application and wouldn't you know, I got an email within a couple of days ;)
There was a 30 minute phone interview that was very basic and pretty much just a screening to make sure what you put on the application lines up with what you're saying.
Once I passed that I was sent a couple of personality tests and logic/scenario based tests. Once they got the results from that I received an email saying they would be setting up an in-person interview at some point.
Fast forward about 3 weeks and I finally get a call to set everything up. It was a two person interview. One hour with each person. They tell you there are going to be a bunch of behavioral questions but I only got a few. Mostly just talking with them about how my experience does or does not match with what they're looking for.
Some questions they asked:
- Describe a time/situation where you were successful in working as a team
- What was the most difficult decision you have ever had to make?
- What are your time management skills and how would they help you in this job?
I got along great with one of the interviewers. The other one, not so much.

Interview
Had a phone screening with a Regional HR rep that led to an in-person interview. The in-person interview was extremely structured which was a breath of fresh air. I had the opportunity to interview with 2 panels one had 3 people the other had 2. Each panel was limited to 45 minutes with a 10 minute gap in-between. The interviewers we current supervisors most of whom started in the roll I interviewed for. They were able to provide excellent insight into the roll and answer the questions I had about it. They allowed me to talk about my relevant experience and asked maybe 4 or 5 questions total but nothing out of the ordinary
Very STAR based questions. They ask you to talk about a time you experienced a certain situation, and you tell them what happened. The entire interview was about 2 hours long, three different interviewers back to back.

Talk about a time I dealt with a difficult customer.
Panel interview with 5 production managers. Normal questions and nice guys. Just getting a feel for you as a person and your experience. It was simple and nothing too crazy.
