Interview
It started off with a corporate recruiter which was easy questions since my resume showed my qualifications and experience. Next was a timed hour long test that included analogies, shapes and numerical questions. Next was a virtual with hiring manager who seemed distracted and busy so was only 15 minutes long. Final was a panel interview with a manager in a different state, a salesperson on site and hiring manager, took over 2 hours. Emailed them all thanking them and got rejected the next day with no explanation. I'm guessing I was overqualified. Funny part is just saw job reposted online again. Waste of time to put someone through all that when you hired internally as they mentioned in interview happens often.
