I have received an email that I was selected for a phone screening interview from S&P for the Equity/Fixed Income Research Analyst position. Even though I have tried to follow up multiple times to schedule the interview nobody didn’t reply to me. I tried to follow up for weeks from multiple channels. They do not care nor value anybody’s time. You should care about people who are applying for your company. Very rude.
