I received an email from the recruiter with the scheduled time for a phone conversation. Unfortunately, I never received any kind of communication prior to that schedule phone call. The recruiter was 10 minutes late to the call, but still ended the call on time, meaning it was a brief introduction, rather than a full phone interview, the recruiter guarantee that he would respond to me within 48 hours… However, after three weeks and two emails, I never heard back from the recruiter. I reached out again and received a template reject email. This was a very poor interview experience.
