I applied online. I interviewed at SAFE Credit Union (North Highlands, CA)

The hardest question or statement is always "sell me this" and they hand you a pen or something ridiculous like that.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAFE Credit Union (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The building was slightly confusing to find. Definitely come early. I got there and checked in with Stace. I waited an addition 10 minutes for Sue to get me from the lobby. We started the interview by going over the jobs I applied for and the job descriptions. She asked me a few details about my employment history. After that we went into the typical interview questions(see below). I asked her about 3 questions finsing the interview. She let me know they would start the background check and if they chose to move forward with me I would have a 2nd a final interview another manager. The background check clears in 5-10 days. She called me on Monday and interviewed Tuesday.

Interview
So I applied to this open position online when I saw an opening and then I was sent assessments by email to fill out about a week later. The questionnaires consisted of questions about customer service and questions about money, checks, and deposit slips. About 4 days later I was contacted for an interview. This interview was mainly about my work history. She asked me questions such as "Why do you want to leave your job?" and "If I called your boss what is one strength and weakness he would say about you?" The interview went great and I was contacted AN HOUR later for a second interview which was scheduled about a week later. This one was harder. It was about 45 minutes long and I was asked a majority of situational/behavioral questions such as "If a couple employees were bringing down the morale what would you do to inspire or motivate everyone?" After this interview I was contacted an hour later again which was exciting and I was offered the job. This company definitely likes to get the ball rolling and doesn't waste anytime contacting you if they really like you!
