The interview was very easy. Typical interview questions were asked that I listed. Glassdoor did help with the research with former employees describing how the job does indeed have a formal career plan. The invitation I received was to be held at 11:45am, the explanation for this was that the woman I would be interviewing with would be taking interviews throughout different periods of the day and to tell the security guard who I would be meeting with. When I arrived she said I was late and that there must have been some confusion in the times because I was to arrive at 11am. The downside to the whole interview process for me was misinformation I received as well as horrible service I received from the security guard (STACE). I was told to give all of my information that I was supposed to fill out to the security guard. When I came up to his desk, I said that I was supposed to give him the pages he told me to fill out earlier. He joked around saying "What am I supposed to do with these?" He then proceeded to act like he was going to throw them in the trash. As these documents I filled out had personal information, I expected an establishment like this to have a little more professionalism from it's employees. My advice to upper management would be to get their act together and get a receptionist to handle private and personal information not security guards who don't even know what customer service is.
