Talked to recruiter for maybe 15 minutes and a hiring manager for 30. Was not asked about how I approached learning design or experience, my past accomplishments, how I measure success, or really any skills that went along with the job. Felt weird, recruiter ignored me when I reached out about an update, then got a form rejection more than a week later.
