Quite possibly the WORST recruiter experience I've had. And that's saying something in the DC area!
I applied online. Got a "next step" email from the recruiter to complete some online forms. I did in less than 24 hours.
The recruiter then called me for a phone interview/screen. It went great! He stated that the manager was on leave but he would work out an interview with them once they returned.
I waited. I followed up with emails and voice mails. And here we are, more than a month after being completely ghosted by this recruiter. REALLY unprofessional for such a well respected company.

Question 1
They asked me about my background as an instructor and my process.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SAIC in May 2016
Interview
Very friendly, interested in knowledge skills and abilities. No vague strength weakness questions. Skills and experience was the core of the interview. The interviewer was very professional. I would say that you need to be familiar with the corporation values.
