Met with VP over phone first round, then meet his direct reports also over the phone in second round, HR/recruiting was involved mostly towards the end and helped with benefits descriptions, salary ranges, process at new company, etc. Overall fairly painless as long as you network across the teams and introduce yourself as needed.
