I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2021
Interview
Had two video interviews - one with the hiring manager and one with the team of 3 developers and a tech lead. The hiring manager and all the engineers are super nice people. The only reason I declined the offer was that Montreal HR is extremely rude. This is the rudest HR that I have encountered. We talked over the phone to discuss compensation There was some network issue after which the HR got mad about it and started talking rudely. On top of that, they sent me a lowballing offer.
Montreal HR - if you are reading this please talk politely to potential candidates and please don't try to bully them over the call. Your behavior might demotivate people from joining the company.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, 1 technical round, 1 HR round
Interviewers were very polite and helpful. Excellent technical and managerial interview process.
Round# 1,2 and 4 was completely technical around 1-1.5 hours each. Managerial round involved behavioural questions and some coding as well.
All went well until HR round. Had an excellent offer in-hand but was still looking forward to this offer due to the work-life balance at SAP. Initially, offer was in process.
However, SAP was adamant about knowing about the offer in hand with organisation details. Did not share the same. 1 week later, HR informed that the position had gone on hold.
Expected SAP to be transparent with the process and not aggressively push for my present offer's org. details, especially after mentioning that salary was not a constraint.
Extremely disappointed after an excellent technical/managerial interview process.
