I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SAP (Prague)
Interview
I had a screening interview with tech HR who was experienced in interviewing people giving the fact how she made the environment comforting by saying that my CV is already with hiring manager and interested meet, and they asked to take this interview as just a simple screening to identify bottlenecks. While I showcase all my skills and abilities, they warned me about the process that may take up to 3 weeks which I was ok about. But unfortunately they did never come back to me. After sending 2 "reminders" mails to the HR, leaving me with no response (kudos for such a "work"), after 1.5-2 months I get automatic generic email about rejection. This is very boss process, I get the impression that the SAP is being collecting the CVs for the training or so or just to fill in some internal data base.

I applied online. I interviewed at SAP (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Jan 2026
Interview
It was the first interview with an HR specialist of SAP. we have discussed very generic questions about the company, the position itself and my experience. The interview was fine, however I didn't hear back within expected timeframe. Do not know if this is a good sign or bad.
Pretty short. No difficult questions. 2 convos with HR and then had convos with directors twice around. Got an offer and asked for more compensation. Came back with 10% higher. Accepted after that.
