First I did an interview with a recruiter. She checked my skills and salary intentions. After 1or 2 weeks I was invited for other 3 phone interviews, including the hiring manager. They made questions about my backgroung experience, working style, language skills and personal stuffs. Each interviewer had a different approach, but all of them make me feel very comfortable during the process.
After 2 weeks I was asked for an 1:1 interview at SAP office in Miami, with another member of the team. He made questions in three different languages and later he said he was just checking my language skills and personal behavior.
After a long wait (3 weeks) they send me an email asking with I was still available for a final interview with the Global VP of Retention. The interview lasted 30 min and he was very objective during the full time.
