I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview process was tedious. After having numerous conversations, interviews, and presentations, everything went cold - no more information, no responses to emails, not even a rejection notification. How unprofessional and disrespectful. As an applicant and a strong candidate for this role, it is extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way. This process (or lack thereof) shows the lack of respect and value in candidates which then equals a lack of respect and value for employees. I will not be applying to any additional roles with SAP in the future. Too many options out there to be treated in such a way.

Question 1
Presentation on provided scenario and delivering to c-suite execs.
Fairly good, the screener on the recruiter was easy, and the interview with senior management was also very easy. Generic interview questions were asked, nothing out of the norm. Behavioural questions - a ton of these and situational questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SAP
Interview

Interview
Interview seemed fine but no response after that for months. Finally checked the portal and realized they didn't move forward and the recruiters declined to give a reason. With more experience tried to apply again and didn't get shortlisted
