Came into the interview was meet by some very pleasant representatives. started off by asking some simple questions and gradually morphed into slightly more difficult questions but nothing to difficult if you have basic understanding.

Asked mainly soft questions about how to deal with awkward customers and how would you deal under pressure.
HR Phone Screen → Four Rounds of Interviews, 45min each → Team Match, multiple coffee chats with team leads (it’s mostly luck at this stage, some will get an offer right away or wait months like me)
