Two step hiring process. First round with recruiter - you get genral overview of company, position and benefits. Second round with your future manager and some of his peers. In second round you find out details about job and specific needs, requirements. You will be invited for second round to the office - very nice experience to see you future place to work. Beginning of process took a bit longer before I was contacted by recruiter, but then quite fast. After second round they took a week to decide.
