It was smooth but speedy process. In 3 days after submitting my resume via the SAP hiring web site, I got a phone call from APAC region HR center(located in Philippines), and the hiring manager scheduled me an interview. Then I proceeded to a face-to-face interview and I got a job.
The process is based on culture and capability, as the company is dynamic and often undergoes changes which some people might find stressful. You have to be open minded and have a passion in a fast paced but rewarding environment. Usually 2-3 rounds, expect to be challenged on motivation as well as soft and hard skills.
