Received a phone call from the recruiter who did not tell me her email address so the only way I could contact her was by text (unprofessional already).
Then was contacted by their team in Prague who set up my phone call interview. At this point, I inevitably wanted to know what type of interview it was i.e. competency etc. so I asked and received no response (unprofessional again).
Had my phone interview. It felt like they were trying to catch me out with weird questions and felt very judgmental at times too. Didn't think it went very well due to this.
Received a phonecall from the team in Prague to say I was invited to an interview. I said I would need to check whether I could make the date and I would email to let them know. I emailed the same day to say I could.
Fast forward 4 days and I finally receive an email confirming details of the date and time. I agreed I was available and asked if I should book my own flights etc. no response.
I then receive an email from a different email address rejecting me for the position (3 hours after the previous email confirming details of the interview).
I ask if this is correct and my email is forwarded to the recruiter.
The recruiter was apologetic but gave me no reasoning for this. So I asked how this has happened.
She said there was a delay in the organisation of my interview so the job was given to someone else. This is no fault of my own and they haven't considered everyone who was offered an interview. Very unprofessional. Very disorganised. Lack of communication.
For such a large organisation, you would think this would be second nature to them and they would know what they were doing - I thought wrong. Not happy at all and very disappointed.
