Senior leadership of US/Canada can benefit from this experience: The process was simple; Applied online for a job (3/4 times) and received an initial email from a coordinator or a call from HR and then I was scheduled for the first/second/third rounds and up to final interviews. All nice and kind with a bit of unresponsive or delayed response from some recruiters, but fair overall up to here. Here is the problem: I've gone through Three (3) or even Four(4) different roles for the past 3 years!!! I love to work for this company and I assume I have qualifications needed for the roles (by hearing feedbacks from interviewers on the call); What I noticed SAP does and that is wrong to me, is they change the job title they posted originally and hire a person internally or from different state or country (still internally), this is a very bad habit and unprofessional process. It is very unfair that you post a job in Toronto, give hope to candidates specially those like me who wants to work for SAP and not only fill a position, and counting seconds and notice the job is filled in US or from another province. *** An internal employee once told me, SAP is changing, they are letting professionals go and hire people with with lower rate (The opposite of what top companies like google/amazon/FB/Airbnb and others do) becoming a cheap company (not my world, his as a current employee). This experience has been for 3 years applying and being ditched is a very un-fair and most unprofessional and annoying way. please give respect to the people who you are going to hire so they respect the company when you hired them. When speaking about company culture on the website, this really is not part of that culture if you agree.
