Initial screening call with HR, very efficient. The recruiter provided all relevant information. Soon after arrived the invitation for the interview with the Hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager took about 1 hour, open discussion about my professional experience, what is the role about, how the team is structured. There was enough time for questions in the end. In few days a feedback from HR with offer was received. The whole process was smooth, the experience very positive.

Interview
Just an one hour interview with a department director and COO. The process was straight forward, and the interview questions are all about project management. However, the HR was extremely inresponsible. Didn't even follow up with me until I call her for a few times (Yes, I literally called her). The HR told me I will get my answers at certain time. But when it was the time, I still didn't get any respond from her. What a joke.
