I applied, there was no screening call, directly went to interview stage. After grilling me very heavily for a full-hour they bothered to ask for my salary expectations. I had all the qualifications they needed (very hard to get in the country I applied for) and they told me they were too high (I ended up getting another job for more than I wanted originally, and am sure my expectations were standard in the market) and made some rude comments about how come I want so much. To this day, I think back on this and am completely unimpressed.

Transparent process and satisfying level of communication. As usual, the first contact was via phone call (pre-screening). Based on the results, an videocall with the hiring manager was scheduled. Feedback provided, but I would welcome more details, not just a generic response.
