Found it very different. Had a few red flags from the beginning as I was contacted by the employer to send in my resume. They set up an interview almost immediately via Google Hangouts. It was a chat system in which they refused to let me speak to a person on the phone or video chat.
I was asked a series of very relevant questions, however in return when I had questions was told they would be answered during a paid week long training period.
