I am so disappointed in the way SAS has treated it's intern candidates. This is my second year in a row applying for internships with SAS and the second year in a row that they just never let you know that you haven't been chosen for the position. This year it has been even more frustrating as they make you do a HireVue. After spending my good time doing two HireVues for separate positions there was no follow up from the company. In fact, I'm still "under review" for a position that I applied to 10 months ago. Really SAS? Just let your candidates know that they didn't get selected, especially when they are putting in the effort of doing a HireVue.
Got invited to do a hirevue then a virtual teams interview. Pretty standard and moderate HR communication. You get to see who is interviewing you before hand which is great.
Online interview that needs us to record video of us answering the question provided. The process was quite quick, smooth, and easy. The questions are general to explain about yourself
Una entrevista en video a través de HireVue (pregunta, tiempo para pensar de entre 30 segundos y 1 minuto y grabación de la respuesta, sin posibilidad de repetir la grabación) seguida de otra a través de Microsoft Teams o de Google Meet.
